CS Prathamesh Karkhanis has completed his graduation in Commerce and pursuing LLB from Pune University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Currently, he is working with Vigilant Management and Legal Solutions LLP as a Consultant. He has an experience of over Five years handling Legal, Secretarial and Liasoning matters of Companies, LLP’s and Start ups.
